Vineyard Update.

There really isn't much to tell just yet. Nothing is happening, we still just have sticks in dirt. We have decided not to name it yet. I guess we are like expectant parents not wanting to name the baby just in case. We don't want to jinx it LOL!
Mr. Brewer has started his first batch of wine, it is apricot. We started it Sunday, I will keep you posted on that as well. It should take a few months before it is ready. It has been a fun process already, and man it takes alot of sugar.... no wonder it makes your butt big.
Mr. the Diva and I all have "wine school" tonight so there will be more on that later. I think I am going to stay in the house today and hide from the wind.... my allergies are killin me. LATER :)

Those poor sticks are gagging on that blue clay! I know they are supposed to grow in poor soil, but that is like nuclear waste land.

Sorry you feel bad, hope you feel better by this evening.

Nice to hear that you're enjoying the process. Downhome winemakers always look like they're conducting science experiments in the kitchen.
